Pan me oil garamkare gravy ke liye or usme teej patta or curry patti dale onion,ginger,garlic ka peast dale or jab golden grown-ho jaye tab dahi me jo masala hai use dale or achhe se pakaye jab masale se oil alag hone lage tab pani mix karein or jab ubal a jaye egg ko beech se haaf kar le or ek bowl me rakhein or upar se gravy dale ab cream ko achhe mix karke upar se dale or dhaniya patti dale.
