- Take wheat flour in a big bowl add salt and mix well..
- Now pour water and knead the flour. Apply oil and keep it aside, covered for 20 minutes..
- Now take the paneer and crumble it a another bowl..
- Keep the other ingredients ready..
- Now put the chopped ingredients in the bowl along with the dry masala powders and mix well..
- Now take the kneaded flour and make equal balls of it. Take one ball, dust some dry flour on the platform and start rolling it..
- Now put the stuffing on the rolled roti. Close it from all sides, such that the stuffing doesn’t come out. Seal it and make a ball and then roll again..
- Then heat a tawa and when hot put the rolled parantha on the tawa. Cook it from both sides. Drizzle oil from the sides and put on top. Press it with a spatula and cook till nice and crisp. Put ghee on top when done..
- Serve hot with curd and pickle of your choice..
