- Then on non stick pan shallow fry the tikki till golden brown..serve it with hot hot soups, mint Coriander chutney.
- You can make stuffing of green peas or cheese chilli ginger and garlic or roasted and crumbled dry fruits or potato or raw banana masala..can be served as chat by pouring sweet curd, imli chutney, mint chutey..in the below pic you can see piece of cheese stuffed...
- No araroot...no bread crumbs...no suji...no maida no corn flour...njoy the original taste of paneer...
- Time lessen if you use ready made paneer.. increase on basis of stuffing... quantity of Tillis varies on it's size..
